Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Development and Membrane Production to lead FO membrane development and production in Albany, Oregon. The role covers design, testing, scale-up, and field applications for advanced membranes, with cross-functional collaboration across engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing FO/modules production, coordinating partner facilities, driving pilot tests, and supporting IP disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is required.
• Experience with RO/FO membranes and terminology is essential.
• Leadership in membrane development and production is expected.
• On-site Albany, Oregon with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FO membrane production and module scale-up.
• Coordinate and oversee element rolling with partner facilities.
• Oversee testing of FO processes for performance and reliability.
• Lead pilot testing for new FO applications and membrane concepts.
• Provide technical direction to engineering staff and support IP development.
