Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership seeks a Membership & Business Relations Manager to lead a 300+ member program, grow revenue, and strengthen ties with downtown businesses. You’ll manage communications, oversee the gift card program, and support advocacy initiatives within a small, collaborative team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, fundraising, event coordination and strategic development, with in-person work in Boulder and occasional flexible hours to support community events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated development experience including membership development, fundraising, sponsorship sales or similar revenue-generating work.

Responsibilities

• Manage DBP's membership program, including recruitment, onboarding, renewals, retention and engagement.
• Develop revenue through memberships, sponsorships and other business development opportunities.
• Write, edit and distribute DBP's monthly membership newsletter and other member-facing communications.
• Oversee the Downtown Boulder Gift Card program, including operations, support and reporting.
• Support advocacy efforts and coordinate quarterly meetings for committees.
