University of California Office of the President seeks an Organizational Consultant 4 to advance retirement benefits services. You will partner with the manager to deliver strategic objectives, maintain high performance, and ensure compliant responses to member inquiries, while managing multiple cases with accuracy.

In this hybrid role, you’ll develop metrics, report trends, and support leadership in enhancing the overall service experience for internal and external stakeholders across the UC

Qualificações

• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and implementation skills.
• Applies strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks under deadline, extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Must quickly learn, reason, synthesize and apply UCRP policy and internal RASC procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Respond verbally and in writing to highly complex inquiries from stakeholders.
• Understand the complexities of UC Retirement Plan benefits, policy, and regulations.
• Support the RASC by recommending and implementing solutions to improve operational controls and mitigate risk.
• Lead and facilitate Post Engagement Reviews for high-priority incidents and customer issues.
• Compile and generate weekly, monthly or quarterly statistical reports on member resolution.
• Support leadership by analyzing data and trends to improve service quality.
