Responsibilities

• Development of the project scope and fee quotation; assists in preparing technical proposals and contracts per HNTB’s Sophisticated Contracting Approach (SCA).
• Leads or participates in client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Serves as primary client liaison and manages project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction.
• Leads development and execution of the project management plan; oversees staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Mentors and supervises team to achieve project objectives and supports business development with clients.
