DePuy Synthes, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, seeks a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will lead quality assurance for contract manufacturers and suppliers, driving SQ standards, CAPA management, and supplier qualification efforts.

The role requires 2–4 years in GMP/ISO environments, strong communication, root-cause analysis, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.FDA/ISO knowledge and Lean/Six Sigma exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree is required; A concentration in Engineering, Life Science, or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a GMP and/or ISO regulated industry.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Implement SQ strategy and follow Supplier Quality standards.
• Manage supplier related Non-Conformities (NC/ SCAR) and CAPA activities.
• Oversee supplier change requests (SCR) and support Process Validations at suppliers.
• Provide QE support for PLM changes and supplier product PVE’s (First Article Inspection, Control Plans, CTQ, Capability studies).
• Lead supplier audits and prepare for inspections by authorities/third parties.
• Report on supplier performance metrics and management reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, R&D, Regulatory and Sourcing.
