Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer to be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will implement SQ strategy, manage NC/SCAR, CAPA, and supplier changes, and support supplier validations.

Travel up to 10% may be required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Life Sciences and 2–4 years in GMP/ISO environments, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Science, or related field is required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in a GMP and/or ISO regulated industry.
• Fluent English communications and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement SQ strategy and follow Supplier Quality standards.
• Manage supplier NC/SCARs and CAPAs.
• Oversee supplier change requests (SCR).
• Support process validations at suppliers.
• Provide SQ engineering support for PLM changes and QA investigations.
• Support inspections by authorities/third parties.
