Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, or health sciences disciplines, or related fields.
• MBA with a life science focus or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate insights and recommendations for clients.
• Support team members as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding junior staff while communicating with project managers and leadership.
• Create and present client-ready materials, including research materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff on project teams and internal training efforts.
• Gain recognition as the internal expert in 1–2 functional or therapeutic areas.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/health sciences

MBA or advanced degree in life sciences
