Qualifications

• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills; ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate insights and client recommendations.
• Support workstreams and mentor junior staff across teams.
• Create and present client-ready materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff through formal programs and case teams.
• Establish expertise in 1–2 functional or therapeutic areas.
