Job summary

You will manage sustaining projects from launch to end of life, collaborating with global manufacturing sites and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field required.
• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar with cross-functional leadership and medical device design control experience.
• Experience with software and/or hardware product development involving disposable and console systems.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thought leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to communicate with senior leadership.”

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the sustaining strategy to ensure product continuity.
• Manage project structure and governance for project activities.
• Develop milestones and project plans to support budget, resource planning, and execution tracking.
• Facilitate team decision making with clear recommendations.
• Communicate project status with standard reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to evaluate, design, build, and implement solutions.
• Identify, communicate, and manage technical risk and knowledge gaps.
• Share key decisions and status updates with stakeholders and leadership.
• Support cadence planning with Regulatory to prioritize R&D, process improvement, and business continuity projects.
