The role requires developing integrated development plans, aligning functional teams, and guiding programs toward milestones while presenting updates to senior leadership and governance committees.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional, matrix-led programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Program Lead to develop and execute integrated development strategies.
• Lead cross-functional planning across clinical, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, and commercial functions.
• Develop and maintain integrated project timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making to achieve program milestones.
• Lead program-level risk management and escalate critical risks.
• Monitor program budget and resource requirements and support annual planning.
