Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a senior synthetic organic chemist to join its medicinal chemistry group focused on degrader-based small molecules. You will design and synthesize novel entities optimized for potency, selectivity, PK, and in vivo efficacy, collaborating with computational/structural biology teams.

You will contribute to patents, reports, and publications, and lead process improvements across the chemistry organization.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry with 8–10+ years pharma medicinal chemistry experience.
• Track record delivering advanced leads and development candidates.
• Strong grasp of medicinal chemistry, biology, PK/ADME concepts, and SAR.
• Expert in organic synthesis with access to the current literature.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams and program strategy.
