Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s UnitedHealthcare unit is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Analyst to shape Medicare products through reporting initiatives and landscape analysis. You’ll work with underwriting, actuarial, finance, marketing, and other teams to apply critical thinking and data-driven insights.

The role offers growth within Government Programs and office-based in Minnetonka, with a minimum four days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in creating complex reports and pivot tables in Excel.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tool.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare product strategy to implement business solutions.
• Conduct analytical and investigative work for product development strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and present information on Medicare Advantage and PDP competition.
• Identify data sources, report metrics and tools for stakeholder requests.
• Serve as a resource for questions and provide basic training on reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity among internal groups.
• Assist in cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• Perform UAT of new solutions including AI-related initiatives.
• Work with Product Management for marketing content and training.
