Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Sr. ACO Performance Analytics Analyst to support MSSP initiatives within Medicare Value-Based Care Programs.

The role focuses on tracking performance KPIs, delivering insights to ACOs, and collaborating with IT and operations to optimize value-based care delivery. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience, proficiency in SQL/SAS, and familiarity with CMS data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science.
• Experience with healthcare claims data, EMR, or clinical data is a plus.
• Intermediate SQL and SAS proficiency; Snowflake experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build & track KPIs: attribution, cost, utilization, risk, quality.
• Create analytics for TINs and providers; highlight spend anomalies.
• Evaluate CMS HCC risk adjustment scores to identify gaps.
• Develop ad-hoc models vs CMS benchmarks and historical data.
• Analyze CMS CCLF data for total cost of care and utilization trends.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to support MSSP success.
