Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Health Data Analyst to build and track KPIs for MSSP performance, analyze HCC risk scores and claims data, and collaborate with ACO leaders and IT to turn insights into action.

The role requires 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience, familiarity with CPT/HCPCS coding, and knowledge of SQL/SAS. Remote work flexibility is offered with home office reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional analytics experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or quantitative field preferred.
• Experience with healthcare claims data and coding (CPT, HCPCS, diagnosis, place of service).
• Intermediate SQL and SAS; Snowflake experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and track KPIs for MSSP performance including attribution, cost, utilization, and quality.
• Analyze HCC risk scores and claims data to identify performance gaps and cost anomalies.
• Collaborate with ACO leaders and IT to develop actionable insights.
