Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Medicare Product Implementation to lead end-to-end Medicare Advantage program deployments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, compliant and timely delivery. You will develop plans, track milestones, manage requirements, and drive improvements in member experience while navigating CMS regulations and audits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience with 5+ years in Medicare Advantage.
• Experience managing projects and implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong planning, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a top-level specialist and lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for assigned Medicare Advantage programs, ensuring successful implementation, readiness for annual go-live, and year-over-year delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and manage key implementation deliverables, including project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and performance metrics, plus documentation of business requirements, member journeys and workflows.
• Facilitate and lead regular project meetings to drive cross-functional execution and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with internal and vendor teams to develop program requirements ensuring alignment between benefit design and member experience.
• Monitor program performance, member access, and utilization; identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure programs comply with CMS regulations, file benefit intents, and support audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, prioritizing work across programs and deadlines; provide input on feasibility, design, and improvements.
• Create a culture of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork; coordinate with departments and leadership.
• Support bid-related activities including data entry, validation, changes and QA.
• Other duties as assigned.
