Job summary

Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Writing to independently plan, develop, and deliver high quality clinical and regulatory documents. You will lead MW strategy, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

The role is fully remote in the United States, with a salary range of $160,800 - $201,000 per year. Strong writing skills and 10+ years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent; preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant medical writing or regulatory writing experience.
• Strong writing, interpretation of clinical data, and regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, write, edit, format, and finalize clinical/regulatory documents.
• Provide writing strategy and cross-functional coordination across teams.
• Ensure MW documents comply with global regulations and internal standards.
• Lead governance, SOP creation, and improvement of MW processes.
