Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Medical Writing to independently plan, develop, and deliver high‑quality clinical and regulatory documents. The role requires leadership and SME for MW planning, with strong scientific, interpretive, organizational, and project management skills.

This fully remote US-based position is described as hybrid, supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring MW staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 8+ years of medical writing or other writing experience.
• Excellent writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare, write, edit, format, and finalize clinical and regulatory documents, including protocols, study reports, and modules.
• Provide writing and strategy support to cross-functional teams and coordinate document development timelines.
• Ensure compliance with MW processes and applicable global regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive best practices and improve capabilities for compliant trial execution.
• Mentor and train direct reports and MW team members.
