Job summary

Sarepta Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Medical Writing to independently plan, develop, and deliver high-quality clinical/regulatory documents. This role requires strong scientific interpretation, organizational and project management skills, with leadership for MW planning and coordination.

The position is fully remote in the United States, with a salary range of $160,800 - $201,000 per year and a focus on regulatory documents, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to GCP/ICH

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; life sciences preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 8+ years of medical writing.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to communicate data clearly.
• Knowledge of drug development process and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, format, and finalize clinical and regulatory documents.
• Provide writing strategy and coordinate document development with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure MW documents comply with global regulations and SOPs.
• Mentor colleagues and support training for direct reports.
• Participate in Global Regulatory Team and Clinical Trial Team meetings.
