Kinetix Health Group in the United States seeks a Senior Medical Writer to advance scientifically rigorous content for medical education and communications programs. You will own writing projects, develop therapy-area knowledge, and lead meetings with clients and KOLs, mentoring junior writers and coordinating timelines.

In this role you will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality output across manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and multimedia, while supporting business

Competenze

• Must have a degree in biomedical science with several years of med comms agency experience.
• Desirable: managerial experience.
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and syntax.
• Excellent project management, organizational and commercial awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Word.
• Solid understanding of drug development processes and US/EU regulations.
• High-quality scientific writing; able to adapt content for different audiences.
• Ability to coach junior writers, review content, and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to travel internationally for NexGen or client meetings.

Mansioni

• Own development and delivery of scientifically accurate content aligned with client objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Develop knowledge of therapy areas, trial data, messaging, and terminology.
• Lead client meetings on scientific and editorial aspects as needed.
• Liaise with and brief KOLs; act as main client contact on projects.
• Coach, mentor, or line manage writers and provide learning opportunities.
