Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a highly experienced Chief Medical Instructor to lead medical training programs for protection and medical personnel. This remote role focuses on clinically sound curricula, compliant delivery, and oversight across a national and international footprint.

The ideal candidate is an experienced paramedic and educator who can translate complex medical concepts into practical, scenario-based training for medical and non-medical audiences. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in emergency medical education or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to translate clinical concepts into practical training.
• Experience delivering national/international training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of medical training programs for protection and medical personnel.
• Oversee a national/international instructor network and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources, and certification requirements.
• Ensure compliance with AHA, NAEMT, NREMT and other standards.
• Support field delivery and programme development for executive protection training.
