Job summary

F3EA, Inc. is seeking a Medical Operations Specialist to manage daily medical directorate activities and provide SME support for training and scenario simulation.

The role requires coordinating medical training programs, logistics, and compliance across current and future projects for special operations support. The ideal candidate will design curricula, deliver didactic instruction, lead trauma lane proctoring, and develop POIs while maintaining client satisfaction and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or Associate's with 10 years' medical ops experience.
• Minimum five years in military or US federal government/contractor role.
• U.S. citizen; ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical directorate activities, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Design and implement medical training programs with moulage and trauma simulation.
• Serve as Medical SME, develop and update training content and evaluate learners.
• Assist in scenario development and role-player coordination.
• Track KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate medical logistics for training events and ensure compliance.
• Develop comprehensive POIs and coordinate with subject matter experts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in operational medical support.
• Lead training event site coordination and safety compliance.
