Job summary

Houston Dose in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Sr. Medical Technologist to join our team. This position requires overseeing Point of Care and Micro, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting quality control for laboratory tests.

Ideal candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a biological science and possess ASCP or AMT certification. Experience in a high complexity laboratory and ability to mentor staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be ASCP or AMT certified.
• Two years of experience in a high complexity laboratory.
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document test results and quality control.
• Oversee and evaluate testing performance and procedures.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff.
