• Prepare and verify Specimen Collection specimens for the lab, labeling at bedside.
• Lead morning huddles and coordinate care for Grand Island patients.
• Adjust fluids and recalculate rates as patient condition shifts hour to hour.
• Adhere to Mazars policies, ethics, and professional boundaries.
• De-escalate agitated patients with calm presence before using restraints.
