Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a leadership opening on our Lab Services Hematology Team. Join our mission to deliver exceptional, personalized care at our 229-bed hospital recognized in the Top 10 in Massachusetts.
This role contributes to the hospital's mission by performing the dual role of Medical Technologist (or Cyto Technology) and staff supervisor. It ensures that laboratory employees and areas comply with applicable regulations and quality standards. As part of the hospital's leadership team, you will provide daily supervision to guide staff toward achieving hospital success goals and participate regularly in direct patient care.
8-hour shifts including weekend rotation
Winchester Hospital, 41 Highland Avenue, Winchester, MA
A. 2-year science degree with clinical experience prior to 1980.
B. MLT Certification (HEW or military) acquired prior to 1980.
Required: At least three years of experience as a Medical Technologist, with demonstrated expertise in at least one bench area.
Required: Medical Technologist registry eligibility.
Preferred: Medical Technologist registered (ASCP or applicable).
