Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10+ years in a pharma/agency setting.
• Extensive experience in medical affairs or medical communications.
• Strong leadership and management skills with regulatory understanding.
• This role ensures scientifically accurate and strategically effective medical communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategies aligned with client goals and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of medical directors and writers.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and integrity of medical content.
• Serve as primary medical liaison to clients and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and regulators.
• Oversee development of medical content for promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on medical research and regulatory changes; guide marketing strategies.
• Review and approve medical content to meet high quality standards.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy teams to integrate insights.
