Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Technical Advisor (SETA) – Medical Simulation, Human Factors, and Performance Measurement to support DARPA out of Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctorate in human factors, engineering, psychology, data science, or related field.
• 9+ years designing and executing simulation-based studies with human participants.
• Experience with multimodal datasets and reproducible analytics workflows.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to a DARPA Program Manager on advanced medical simulation initiatives.
• Define metrics for scenario realism and data collection workflows.
• Develop data pipelines, curation, annotation, and quality assurance for training data.
