Job summary

SpringWorks Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior MSL to cover a defined US field territory. You will establish and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, serve as a medical expert, and support clinical development and commercialization programs with timely insights.

You will develop territory plans, communicate data to academic and payer stakeholders, mentor new MSLs, and collaborate with Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Rare disease experience preferred, particularly in Oncology and/or Neurosciences.
• Demonstrated mastery of effectively presenting clinical/scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Identify KOLs and establish scientific relationships across disciplines.
• Serve as scientific expert and facilitate exchange of information.
• Lead field medical onboarding programs and training curriculum.
• Travel occasionally including overnight stays as needed.
• Mentor and support less-experienced MSLs.
