Job summary

Takeda seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison for the Rocky Mountain territory (CO, UT, AZ, NM, NE, KS). This field-based role builds relationships with KOLs/HCPs, translates complex data into medical insights, and supports external-sponsored research.

You will report to the Director, MSL, and reside in Colorado via virtual/remote work, with up to 70% travel to engage across the medical community and advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Life/health sciences doctoral degree preferred; master’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in pharma industry as an MSL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities comprise at least 80%.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Analyze complex scientific data and disseminate to KOLs/HCPs in a compliant manner.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and investigator-initiated studies.
• Document CRM entries, insights, training, and expenses timely.
• Travel up to 70% of time; valid driver’s license required.
