The role emphasizes field medical excellence, strategy development, and mentorship, coordinating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and Commercial teams to deliver high-value scientific

Qualifications

Advanced scientific or healthcare degree (PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years in scientific/clinical/MSL role.
Experience with post-approval commercial products in field.

Responsibilities

Identify, build and maintain collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers and external thought leaders to become trusted scientific partners.
Provide timely, audience-appropriate information to enhance understanding of the clinical value of Orchard programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Maintain training records and deliver updates to ensure personnel are trained according to SOPs and manuals.
Develop territory profiles informing medical strategy and planning with Commercial, Diagnostics and Patient Advocacy teams.
Gather insights from the field to inform strategies, evidence generation and competitive intelligence.
