Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks a Medical Science Liaison (Senior Manager) in nephrology to join its ecosystem-based customer engagement model.

You will provide clinical, economic, and humanistic information to clinicians and healthcare leaders to improve patient outcomes and support approved products. The role requires building external relationships, delivering education, and collaborating across matrix teams to align medical strategies with regional business goals.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD or PharmD required with clinical experience.
• Understanding of health systems and patient care delivery to healthcare professionals.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs. Kidney disease experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and strategic thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and economic information on nephrology and immunology products.
• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders and healthcare providers.
• Develop ecosystem strategy and regional medical plans with ecosystem partners.
• Train promotional and disease state speakers with evidence-based material.
• Partner with Safety, Training, and Field Medical to ensure compliant medical education.
• Mentor peers and contribute to talent development within FMA.
