Job summary

Cytovale is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to advance field Medical Affairs for the IntelliSep sepsis test. You will build scientific relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital leaders while educating on data and protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline; advanced clinical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of clinical + industry experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency medicine.
• MSL experience in diagnostic/medical device industry preferred.
• Proven track record of effective scientific communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience educating and collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Able to travel up to 70% and interpret clinical data and literature.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and compliant HCP interactions.
• Strong verbal/written communication and public speaking skills.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple projects; independent and team-oriented.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Execute field Medical Affairs strategy, enabling clinical practice transformation and scientific exchange.
• Develop relationships with HCPs, local/regional champions, and KOLs through education.
• Promote IntelliSep adoption using real-world data and educational materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Product to share frontline insights and evidence gaps.
• Attend meetings, advisory boards, and conferences; monitor scientific trends and insights.
