Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML program. You will engage with investigators, hematologists, and oncologists to facilitate scientific exchange and gather insights on disease biology, MRD, and evolving standards of care.

The role requires advanced clinical or scientific degree and 4+ years MSL/clinical experience in hematology/oncology, with travel up to 70% and ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• MSL experience or relevant clinical experience (4+ years) within hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hematology/oncology with therapeutic expertise.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and priority institutions across the territory.
• Engage in compliant peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML, hematologic malignancies, MRD, relapse risk, and standards of care.
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly to physicians, researchers, and healthcare teams.
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and compliant activities.
• Document scientific interactions and insights in the CRM or insight management system.
