Job summary

IQVIA seeks experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML program. The MSL will engage with investigators, hematologists, and oncologists, facilitating scientific exchange and gathering insights related to MRD, relapse risk, and evolving care standards.

Requires advanced clinical or scientific degree and 4+ years MSL/clinical experience in hematology/oncology. Travel up to 70% and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required; PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP, NP, PA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience or relevant clinical experience within hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hematology/oncology with demonstrated therapeutic expertise.
• Track record in medical affairs, clinical development, or related healthcare roles.
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines and clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with investigators and KOLs across the territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML and hematologic malignancies.
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Support education programs, advisory boards, and investigator meetings as appropriate.
• Identify medical education needs and communicate insights to leadership.
• Assist investigators with study development and site engagement.
