Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML program, engaging with hematologists, oncologists, investigators and other HCPs. You will serve as a field-based scientific resource, facilitate data exchange, and gather insights on MRD, relapse risk, and evolving care standards.

The role requires advanced clinical or scientific degrees and 4+ years MSL/clinical experience in hematology/oncology, with up to 70% travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required; PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP, NP, PA or equivalent strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hematology/oncology with demonstrated therapeutic area expertise
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences in healthcare
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, clinical trial processes, and medical affairs
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, academic investigators, and priority institutions across the territory
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML and hematologic malignancies
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly to physicians, researchers, nurses, and care teams
• Support disease-state education, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other medical activities
• Execute scientific exchange with HCPs and formulary committees using approved materials
• Identify medical education needs and opportunities for investigator-initiated studies
• Serve as a contact for investigators for initiating studies and providing study development support
• Share external insights to inform strategic planning and launch readiness
• Maintain clinical expertise through conferences, journals, and ongoing education
• Collaborate across Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to execute field medical plans
