Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to deliver compliant, scalable packaging solutions that improve quality, reliability, and throughput.

The role emphasizes packaging process development, cost reduction, supplier coordination, and adherence to ISO11607,

Qualifications

• BS in science/engineering/technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years in medical device packaging.
• Experience with ISO 11607 and sterile packaging practices.
• Cross-functional product development experience.
• Familiarity with FMEAs and design verification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute packaging engineering assignments for operations and manufacturing.
• Lead packaging projects including design optimization and cost-reduction.
• Coordinate testing to ensure product and package integrity through end-user.
• Lead troubleshooting of packaging issues in design, manufacturing and field.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate guidelines and risk programs.
