Qualifications
- At least 10 years of expertise in medical malpractice trial law.
- Experience with Plaintiff's-side depositions of physicians; transcripts provided.
- Extensive trial experience and courtroom advocacy.
- State Bar license in Texas in good standing.
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of case management, including motions, research, hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Directly interact with clients and experts to develop case strategy.
- Collaborate with the legal team to deliver outstanding results in medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.
