Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases.
• Proven ability in trial work and courtroom advocacy.
• Significant experience taking physician depositions.

Responsibilities

• Drive cases from early investigation through verdict in medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.
• Take the lead on expert discovery, including depositions of treating physicians and retained experts.
• Shape case themes, strategy, and positioning in collaboration with a seasoned trial team.
• Draft, argue, and respond to key motions and pleadings.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial.
• Maintain direct, trusted relationships with clients.
