Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, Liberal Arts, or related field with 3+ years legal experience.
• Alternatively, 6+ years of experience in a legal or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for defense and disposition of matters and provide actionable feedback to Lead Division Counsel.
• Promote compliance with self- and excess liability insurance programs and assess financial exposure.
• Investigate matters, review documents, and prepare legal reports on matter resolution.
• Attend mediations as the KP representative with authority to resolve matters.
