Job summary

Sterile Services Co. (SSC) in Frederick, MD is seeking a Logistics Analyst III to provide advanced logistics analysis and planning for medical materiel readiness, distribution, inventory management, and contingency operations across AMLC-FPD missions.

This senior role requires independent judgment, innovation, and the ability to guide teams while ensuring compliance with Army and DoD policies and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible logistics experience.
• Experience supporting DoD, Army medical logistics, or Force Projection activities.
• Experience analyzing logistics processes, inventory management systems, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics operations affecting storage, distribution, accountability, maintenance, and transportation of medical materiel.
• Develop logistics plans supporting force projection, deployment readiness, contingency operations, and sustainment requirements.
• Evaluate supply chain performance and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, work instructions, and logistics policies.
• Lead projects and mentor junior personnel.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and logistics partners to resolve supply challenges.
