Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13-week Laboratory - MLT assignment. Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests through approved procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Report tests timely and accurately per laboratory procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and monitor temperatures per policy.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions of equipment and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain clinical competency by reading articles and attending training.
• Evaluate new testing methods and contribute to procedures.
• Document corrective actions for any deviations.
• Assist with departmental inventory and instrument maintenance.
• Operate instruments using established protocols and perform quality control checks.
• Pursue process improvements for efficiency and reliability.
