Job summary

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA, seeks a Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist for a full-time, day-shift role. You will supervise technical operations, perform complex procedures, and support the Clinical Specialist in a Magnet-designated laboratory environment.

The position requires a California CLS license (and related specialty licenses), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience in a high-volume clinical lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Graduation from an approved school of medical technology.
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License or any listed license upon hire.
• Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Specialist in the technical supervision of a specific section.
• Perform technical procedures and monitor daily operations of the department.
• Ensure supervision of the section in the absence of the Clinical Specialist.

Job description

Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.
