Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or relevant medical or scientific discipline.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• ASCP BOC certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing assigned to the department.
• Recognize unusual test results and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and assist in drafting/revising SOPs and validation plans.
• Communicate effectively with the department and Laboratory Services staff.
