• Generalist certification required for general labs and Generalist/Specialty certification required for specialty labs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate routine and complex tests in clinical laboratories.
• Coordinate and may supervise tests using standard techniques and equipment.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation per SOPs.
• Review procedures for accuracy and participate in lab inspections.
• Provide guidance and training to staff and students as needed.
