Zaddy Solutions in Davenport, IA seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain laboratory instrumentation. You will travel to client sites, troubleshoot electronics and electro-mechanical systems, and build a solid customer relations base.

Requirements include a certificate or AAS in electronics, minimum 3 years in field service, and willingness to travel overnight. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a strong customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory including tools and parts.
• Provide basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.
