Rangam is seeking an Associate Director of Medical Information (multiple myeloma) to provide senior scientific, strategic, and operational support for Medical Information activities. Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Medical Information experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience independently managing complex medical inquiries and developing high-quality scientific response content.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements related to Medical Information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work across functions, regions and levels.

• Provide accurate, balanced, evidence-based, and timely responses to unsolicited medical inquiries using approved documents and current literature.
• Independently research and manage complex inquiries, collaborating with Medical Affairs as needed.
• Lead creation, review, and lifecycle management of MI response materials (letters, FAQs, Q&A documents).
• Translate complex clinical data into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
• Partner with regional/global MI and cross-functional teams.
• Support MI readiness for product launches, updates, and data disclosures.
• Monitor literature and regulatory updates to identify content gaps and trends.
• Analyze MI inquiry data to gain insights and inform stakeholders.
• Provide scientific training to internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee external vendors/consultants for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain documentation in MI systems and content repositories.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints.
• Travel may be required.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve MI quality and efficiency.
