You will supervise staff, coordinate with radiologists, manage equipment, and drive continuous improvement across locations.

The role requires an imaging specialty degree, BCLS, and 3+ years' technical leadership experience with PACS/RIS.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in a relevant imaging field.
• Licenses and certifications required depend on modality.
• BCLS certification required.
• 3+ years of technical experience including regulatory and quality control; PACS and RIS experience.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; ability to generate department reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; documented leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic medical imaging studies per department protocols.
• Supervises technical and clerical staff across locations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, accreditation, and safety standards.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and data integrity.
• Manages equipment, quality control, and imaging issue resolution.
• Plans staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinates with Radiologists and QA to address issues.
