OhioHealth is seeking a senior Imaging Engineering Specialist to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diagnostic imaging equipment across facilities. You will lead troubleshooting, coordinate OEM/vendor services, and train users in safe operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering technology or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment.
  • Strong background in computer networking, imaging systems, PACS integration, and microprocessor-based technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, X-Ray.
  • Excellent leadership, judgment, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on imaging equipment across facilities.
  • Coordinate and supervise OEM and third-party service activities for timely support.
  • Lead training of imaging equipment users on safe operation and maintenance.
  • Maintain documentation, equipment calibration databases, and inventory for parts and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
