Job summary

Trimedx in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Technician to own uptime, diagnose, repair and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily. You will lead field work, guide technicians and keep service delivery sharp and on track.

You will train others, solve challenging problems, translate technical updates for nurses, doctors and leadership, and contribute to improving care across departments. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

5+ years working with medical equipment in clinical engineering or healthcare technology management (required)
CE experience and ability to lead and influence others (required)
2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience (required; certification programs may substitute)
Certifications like A+, CBET, CRES, or CLES (preferred)
Strong computer, networking, and troubleshooting skills; valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Own uptime: diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily.
Lead in the field: guide technicians, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp and on track.
