IMEG is growing, and we invite you to join our team! We are currently seeking a Senior Medical Equipment Planner, a position that can be fully remote. The role involves leading design efforts as a project manager or lead medical equipment planner for complex projects, working closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key duties include:

  1. Managing and overseeing projects of various sizes and complexities.
  2. Assessing equipment needs through client interface and site evaluations.
  3. Assisting with design scope, fee calculations, and contract reviews.
  4. Developing client relationships and representing IMEG at industry events.
  5. Managing project budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
  6. Ensuring design compliance with standards and project milestones.
  7. Conducting equipment assessments and developing cost estimates.
  8. Writing specifications and analyzing vendor bids.
  9. Responding to client concerns and managing change orders.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Leadership in project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Medical Equipment Planning.
  • Mentoring and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to travel up to 50%.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or design fields; 6+ years in medical equipment consulting.
  • Alternatively, an associate degree with 8+ years of experience and BIM proficiency.

Salary range: $104,000 - $159,000, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, bonuses, and stock options. IMEG is committed to diversity and equal employment opportunity.

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, and lift objects up to 25 pounds regularly; occasional driving and other physical activities.
