AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Physician Education Specialist to lead high-impact healthcare provider education initiatives, including surgeons, APPs, nurses, and allied health professionals.

The role focuses on developing compliant education programs aligned with business strategy and elevating clinical practice. In partnership with senior team members and regional partners across the Americas, the role drives impactful learning experiences that deepen clinical expertise and improve patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of medical device or pharma industry experience; project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of healthcare provider education initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Design and deliver education programs with learning objectives, curriculum, and materials.
• Develop education resources and customer-facing materials for program engagement.
• Identify and cultivate KOLs, faculty and sites for training centers or collaborations.
• Manage KOL and faculty relationships and coordinate their roles in education delivery.
